What an impressive and insightful Global Engagement it has been! Dr. Maricelle M. Nueva, the President of Tangub City Global College (TCGC) participated in the 2ND LUC’s GLOBAL ENGAGEMENT organized by ALCU Philippines and the Association of Local Colleges and Universities and Commission on Accreditation (ALCUCOA) under the leadership of Dr. Raymundo P. Arcega. This event was hosted by Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) and the National Forensic Science University (NFSU), in collaboration with Ed Value Chain Solution Pvt. Ltd., Gujarat Technological University (GTU) (Automoblie Center of Excellence), Mount Litera Zee School, Udaipur, and BZ Group, which was held in India, from October 13-19, 2024.
This year’s Global Engagement offers a remarkable platform for leaders, educators, researchers, and professionals to explore ideas, share knowledge, and strengthen cross-border partnerships facilitated by Dr. Pravesh Bhadviya of India and joined by the delegates from the Philippines: TCGC with Dr. Maricelle M. Nueva, Diliman College, with DEC President and CEO, Sen. Anna Dominique M.L. Coseteng, Tagoloan Community College with the VPs Dr. Kharen Ungab and Marilyn Tangon, Atheena College with Dr. Yolanda Lira, the ALCUCOA Accreditor, and Dean of Athena College.
It is truly inspiring to have this event hosted by our colleagues in India, a country with a rich tradition of academic excellence. This occasion not only fosters stronger ties among academic institutions but also opens doors for future collaborations in education and beyond.
TCGC administration extends its deepest gratitude to Dr. Raymundo P. Arcega, for including TCGC as one of the delegates at the 2nd Global Engagement in India and for trusting Dr. Maricelle M. Nueva, the National Secretary and National Board Member of ALCUCOA to represent the ALCU Philippines on his behalf. The administration is also profoundly grateful to the Tangub City Officials, led by the City Mayor, and Chair of the TCGC Board of Trustees, Hon. Sabiniano S. Canama, for their unwavering support and for allowing TCGC to participate in this prestigious international endeavor.
