Competency Assessment Certification (CAC) inspection team conducted TESDA–Accreditation for Security Services NC II at Gov. Alfonso D. Tan College (GADTC), the morning of March 19.
During the CAC inspection, the inspection team checked the facilities, tools, materials, equipment, and administrative documents.
The accreditation purposely aimed to establish an assessment center in Security Services (NC II); build partnerships with different institutions that offer BS-Criminology program and other security services-related programs, and produce equipped and competent technical graduates.
The said assessment center was supervised by the Institute of Criminal Justice Education (ICS) and the GADTC–Development Training Center. The operation of the center was headed by Mr. Dionesio Manlegro, Head of the Development Training Center.
The center will become an Income Generated Program of the College. Meanwhile, the results of the said accreditation will be announced directly after thorough evaluation.
Once approved, this assessment center in GADTC will be the first of its kind in Misamis Occidental.
