Please be informed that you are required to submit all ORIGINAL COPY OF YOUR ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS for validation purposes. These are needed for you to avail of the Free Tuition Fee and Miscellaneous Fee Scholarship sponsored by CHED-UniFAST.  You may send the said requirements via courier or you may also drop them at the Drop Box provided near GADTC's Guard House from Sept. 8, 2021, until Sept. 17, 2021. A list of approved Scholarship Grantees will be posted soon.

Note:

1. Make sure to indicate the program you are enrolled in.   

2. Submit 2 copies of 2x2 colored ID pictures with white background and name tag.

3. NO FACEMASK, NO FACE SHIELD, NO BALLPEN, NO DROPPING OF DOCUMENTS
